Never without approval. Gael drafts the summary and task list, then waits — nothing is distributed or registered externally until you approve it. It also never posts beyond the channels you've explicitly approved.

What about sensitive meetings — HR, legal, board content?

Owner-tagged sensitive material is routed to local-only inference (the Vishnu tier) and never reaches a cloud model without your explicit approval. Distribution stays inside your approved channels either way.
